Job summary

Marketing in Ireland community is seeking a PPC Specialist to join a remote, full-time team in Ireland. You will manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms, drive qualified traffic, and improve conversions.

You will work with performance marketers, content creators, analytics specialists, and web teams to align paid media with broader marketing goals. Strong analytics, testing, and CRO experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Analytical, proactive digital marketing professional with hands-on PPC experience and ability to translate data into optimization strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads including search, display, and remarketing campaigns.
• Experience with Google Analytics, tag management systems, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, audience targeting, budget allocations, and bidding strategies.
• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
• Develop compelling ad copy and test variations to improve engagement and conversions.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust bids and budgets accordingly.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to optimize landing pages and user journeys.
• Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking and analytics for reliable reporting.
• Prepare weekly to quarterly performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
