Job summary

ScholarshipOwl is seeking an analytical Traffic Team Lead to scale user acquisition across paid and affiliate channels. In a player-coach role, you will mentor PPC and Affiliate Managers, while staying hands-on with campaign mechanics, tracking architecture, and partner economics.

You will elevate profitability, scalability, and predictability of multi-channel traffic, diagnose attribution leaks, and mentor a high-output team in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of performance marketing / user acquisition experience.
• 1+ year hands-on PPC role; 1+ year affiliate management.
• 1+ year managing or leading a growth/traffic team.
• Player-coach mentality with reporting and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach PPC and Affiliate teams with clear KPIs and testing roadmaps.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure accountability.
• Communicate performance, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Own multi-channel budgets based on CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Oversee tracking integrity and combat click fraud and bot traffic.
