Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead a fully remote team of PPC and affiliate managers. You will balance strategic ownership with hands-on optimization across channels to drive CAC, ROAS, and LTV.

This role requires at least three years in performance marketing with cross-channel leadership. You will mentor teammates while staying active in campaign mechanics, collaborating with an international, ownership‑driven team.

Qualifications

• At least three years in performance marketing with one year in PPC, one year in affiliate marketing, and one year in leading a team.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Mixpanel, and affiliate tracking platforms.
• Player-coach mindset with ability to mentor while remaining hands-on in campaign mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fully remote team of PPC and affiliate managers balancing strategic ownership with hands-on execution.
