Job summary

WEG Electric Corp. seeks a Senior Business Development Manager for Power Systems in a remote US-based role with extensive travel across the U.S. and Canada. You will lead growth initiatives, manage complex pursuits, and build strategic relationships with utilities and project developers.

Ideal candidates have at least 8 years in BD or technical sales within power systems, EPC, or related markets, with strong negotiations and CRM experience. Bachelor's in engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in business development, sales, or capture in power systems or related markets.
• Experience selling engineered equipment and complex EPC/projects.
• Strong knowledge of North American power markets and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies and build a qualified sales pipeline.
• Lead complex commercial pursuits from qualification to contract award.
• Negotiate contracts and assess commercial risks.
• Maintain forecasting, pipeline, and CRM documentation.
• Build relationships with utilities, developers, and engineers.
