Remote U.S.-based role with 50%+ travel across the U.S. and Canada. You will work with engineering, tendering, finance, legal, and project teams to develop strategies, build relationships with utilities and developers, and lead

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in business development, technical sales or related roles.
• Experience selling engineered equipment and turnkey power systems.
• Strong knowledge of North American power markets and procurement processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop market, account and business development strategies to drive growth.
• Maintain a qualified sales pipeline and evaluate opportunities.
• Lead complex commercial pursuits from qualification to contract.
• Negotiate contracts and manage risks with stakeholders.
• Represent WEG at meetings and industry events.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, legal, and project teams.
