Jobgether is seeking an experienced Power Platform technical lead to architect and deliver enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions. You will guide development, set standards, and oversee security and deployment practices.

The role requires senior expertise in Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate, with a track record of leading teams in Agile environments. A Public Trust clearance is required for federal work, and the position is fully remote in the United States.

Qualificações

• Senior-level experience in Microsoft Power Platform development and enterprise solutions.
• Advanced hands-on with Power Apps, including model-driven apps and customization.
• Strong Dataverse experience: data modeling, configuration, integration.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain complex workflows with Power Automate.
• Experience leading Power Platform projects and guiding technical decisions.
• Knowledge of SDLC, source control, code reviews, branching, and release management.
• DevSecOps implementation ensuring security and quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver reliable enterprise apps.
• Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for junior developers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to translate tech concepts to business.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate required.
• Additional certifications (PL-900+, App Maker, Solution Architect) preferred.
• Active Public Trust Clearance required for federal client project.
• Authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the technical lead for Microsoft Power Platform development and provide architectural guidance.
• Architect, design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Power Apps solutions using Dataverse.
• Design, build, and optimize workflows using Power Automate.
• Establish development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
• Lead code reviews and implement DevSecOps practices for security and reliability.
• Define and manage source control strategies, branching, and releases.
• Collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to team performance assessments and capability improvements.
• Diagnose and resolve complex application and integration issues.
