Job summary

Gov Solutions Group seeks an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages.

The role is hybrid—mainly remote with occasional on-site collaboration in Arlington, VA, or Charleston, SC—to support DoD-related Power Platform initiatives and governance. You will lead implementation and provide best practices across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional Power Platform development experience.
• Microsoft PL-400 or PL-600 certification.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Certifications: CND, CompTIA Cloud+, CompTIA SecurityX (or CISSO).
• Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, SQL, Azure or Dynamics 365.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps.
• Create complex workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for Power Platform development.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Actively participate in the Microsoft CoE, sharing knowledge and governance.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team Power Platform knowledge.
• Data Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with data sources like SharePoint, SQL databases, cloud services, and third-party apps.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve issues within Power Platform solutions.
