Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Senior Power Platform Developer in the United States to lead architecture and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions using Power Platform. You will mentor developers, enforce security practices, and guide deployments in a federal project environment.

The role emphasizes Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate expertise, with opportunities to shape standards and integration patterns across teams in an agile, security-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in Microsoft Power Platform development for enterprise solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with Power Apps, including model-driven development.
• Strong experience with Dataverse data modeling, configuration, and integration.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain complex Power Automate workflows.
• Experience leading Power Platform projects, establishing standards, and guiding decisions.
• Knowledge of SDLC, source control, code reviews, branching, and release management.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps and ensuring security, compliance, and quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver scalable apps.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must hold active Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for Microsoft Power Platform development across the project lifecycle.
• Architect, design, and implement model-driven Power Apps leveraging Dataverse.
• Design, build, maintain, and optimize advanced Power Automate workflows.
• Establish and enforce development standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Lead code reviews and implement DevSecOps practices for security and reliability.
• Define and manage source control strategies, branching, and releases.
• Collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Mentor and support junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to team performance assessments and capability development.
• Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues to ensure reliability.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements and governance policies.
• Support deployment planning, release management, and implementation.
