Job summary

Dynanet Corporation is seeking a Power Platform Developer to lead design, development, and delivery of SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Power BI solutions. You will guide technical direction and work with business stakeholders to automate processes in a remote-first environment, with occasional in-person in the DC Metro Area.

The role requires 5+ years of Microsoft 365 experience, strong leadership, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
Experience leading multiple projects from requirements through deployment.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
Experience mentoring developers and conducting design and code reviews.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Power BI solutions end‑to‑end.
Serve as technical lead and mentor to developers and team members.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify pain points and automate processes.
Develop solution roadmaps, prioritize work, and report status and risks to leadership.
Ensure accessibility and security standards across solutions.
