Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Power & Energy Project Manager for the Spring, TX location with potential remote work. You will provide high-level project leadership, manage budgets, schedules, risks, and client communications across a portfolio of Power Generation projects.

The role demands senior-level PM experience, strong writing and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to safety and QA/QC. Travel to client sites for meetings is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of post-education project management experience.
• Proven track record across DBB, EPC, and other delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for large/complex projects including budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost control and change management.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure project success.
