Job summary

Sigma Technologies, Ltd. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee power distribution projects from initiation to closure.

You will mentor project managers, drive program strategy, and manage client relationships while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget. This role is remote but new hires must attend a 2-week in-person orientation at our Perrysburg, OH headquarters.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the Power Utility Industry with engineering, operations, or project management experience.
• 3+ years of direct people management or leadership of managers.
• PMP or equivalent certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor program managers; oversee program execution from start to finish.
• Manage KPIs, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder communications.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and oversee change control processes.
