Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager to oversee distribution resiliency projects across Louisiana. The role supports remote or hybrid work arrangements within the region and requires periodic travel to client sites for meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 7–10+ years of relevant post-education experience in Power Delivery/Utility Industry or design experience with Overhead Distribution, Transmission, or Substation assets.
• Familiarity with NERC, IEEE standards, NEC codes, and utility regulatory requirements.
• Experience with EPC project delivery, capital programs, and infrastructure projects within the energy sector.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in complex utility environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams delivering power distribution, substation, and utility engineering projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects including budgets, schedule, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Develop project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and resource plans for utility programs.
• Ensure compliance with utility standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate contract negotiations, client presentations, and stakeholder meetings.
