Job summary

WSP is seeking a Project Coordinator for its Power Delivery Project Management division in the Northeast US, with the option to work remotely from mutually acceptable locations. The role supports project teams, maintains documentation integrity, and coordinates cross-functional activities to drive successful project delivery.

This position requires 5+ years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with project tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of related post-education experience in project coordination or administration.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools; experience with SharePoint or Procore desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administrative and logistical support to project teams to promote efficiency and collaboration.
• Maintain detailed project logs, schedules, and status reports for internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate creation, formatting, and finalization of client deliverables and critical documentation.
• Track milestones and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with cost reports, timesheets, and vendor submissions; manage documentation systems with version control.
• Prepare agendas, record notes, track actions, and distribute follow-up materials for project meetings.
• Support onboarding of project staff, access provisioning, and credentialing.
• Assist in audits and compliance reviews by compiling required documentation.
