WSP USA is seeking a Power Delivery Project Management Project Coordinator to support project teams in Texas or Louisiana with remote options. You will coordinate setup, schedules, and documentation, and act as a liaison across PM, procurement, and finance to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a related role.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles from planning to close-out.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-tracking tools.
• Experience with documentation management platforms like SharePoint or Procore.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project setup and maintain detailed logs and schedules.
• Prepare and distribute client deliverables and reports.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders and invoices.
• Support project meetings with agendas, notes, and action tracking.
• Assist in cost reporting, timesheets, and vendor submissions.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC processes and regulatory requirements.
