Job summary

ERG is seeking a Power BI Developer to support federal engagements with Power BI dashboards, SQL data models, and SharePoint integrations. Hybrid role with potential transition to remote based on project needs.

You will translate operational requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in software/data development, strong communication skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
1+ years in software or application development or related field.
Strong problem-solving and data/process analysis skills.
Experience with SQL, Power BI, and SharePoint.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps).
Experience with C#, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SQL Server, or Azure SQL.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and data governance.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
Must hold or be able to obtain DoD Secret clearance; US citizen.

Responsibilities

Ensure solutions comply with federal security, documentation, data governance, and operational requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and identify automation opportunities.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reporting tools, and compliance tracking systems.
Develop and configure apps, automated workflows, data structures, and integrations using Microsoft technologies.
Design and manage SQL-based databases and data solutions including modeling, migration, cleanup, mapping, and validation.
Configure and administer SharePoint Online and on-premises sites, lists, libraries, permissions, workflows, and document repositories.
Test and deploy solutions, coordinate UAT, gather feedback, and implement enhancements.
Create technical and user documentation and provide user support and training.
Serve as a client liaison, communicating technical information and ensuring alignment with requirements.
Provide project updates and communicate system status, enhancements, and recommendations to stakeholders.
