About the Opportunity

DMI, LLCis seeking a Business, Quality Analyst to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and build a cohesive, repeatable data collection and reporting methodology in SharePoint and Power BI that captures quality assurance and compliance review results as structured, queryable data rather than disconnected spreadsheets.
  • Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations reporting portfolio-level quality posture, artifact compliance rates, finding volume and aging, and remediation status for PMO leadership and federal stakeholders.
  • Build and administer SharePoint Lists, libraries, and views, and automate review intake, scoring capture, finding logging, and status notifications using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Author the analytical reports that accompany the data, including monthly Quality Control Status Reports, quarterly Quality Assurance Status and Improvement Reports, executive presentations, and weekly status reporting to the Contracting Officer's Representative.
  • Analyze review results for trends, recurring defect patterns, and root causes across project lifecycle phases, and translate findings into specific, prioritized process improvement recommendations for the Quality Management Plan and supporting procedures.
  • Reconcile published metrics against source records, including the standardized quality control review workbooks and the Jira phase gate and review tracking queue, so every reported figure is traceable.
  • Perform quality control reviews of project artifacts against established criteria across all project management lifecycle phases, supporting phase gate and pre-brief governance reviews during peak review cycles.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, reporting data dictionaries, user guides, and review checklists published to Confluence and SharePoint.
