Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Data Analyst to translate business questions into actionable analytics. You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, develop data models, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data analytics, strong Power BI and SQL skills, and a track record of delivering reporting solutions from multiple sources. This is a remote position open nationwide with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, reporting, or data modeling with delivery ownership.
• Experience building and supporting reporting/analytics solutions from multiple sources.
• Strong Power BI experience: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, performance, access, dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills: querying, joining, summarizing, validating results.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs and document details.
• Design, build, test, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and visuals.
• Turn business questions into practical analytics solutions for decision-making and monitoring.
• Query, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL and data models.
• Maintain and improve dashboards, reports, datasets, and analytics assets over time.
• Troubleshoot reports, refreshes, data quality, and system issues with tech teams as needed.
• Support data organization, storage, and access practices for reliable reporting.
• Collaborate to review processes and identify opportunities for efficient workflows.
• Create and maintain documentation for reports, data sources, and business rules.
• Participate in feedback sessions and project discussions to refine analytics products.
