Mortgage Connect LP is seeking a Remote Title Clearance Coordinator, Post Sale, to review post-sale title commitments, identify defects, and coordinate timely resolution to ensure marketable title for conveyance, claims, or post-foreclosure disposition. The role demands meticulous attention, follow-up discipline, and compliance with client and regulatory timelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in default servicing, title clearance, or related real estate operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review post-foreclosure title reports and commitments to identify clearance needs.
• Coordinate resolution of title defects, liens, and other issues impacting title.
• Collaborate with attorneys, vendors, clients, and internal teams to cure issues.
• Monitor timelines and ensure regulatory and client requirements are met.
• Document findings and maintain audit-ready records.
