Ladders is seeking an Account Manager - Post Acute Care to grow and manage customer relationships within a defined US territory. The role focuses on new business development and consultative selling of medical-surgical products to post-acute care settings.

Remote within the United States; 4+ years of healthcare sales preferred; Salesforce and MS Office experience desired. Compensation ranges from $126,900 to $211,500 annually.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of professional sales experience, ideally in healthcare.
• Experience selling into post-acute care settings such as LTC or SNF.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow customer relationships in a defined territory
• Develop new business through prospecting and lead generation
• Build strategic relationships with healthcare decision-makers
• Conduct customer business reviews to identify operational improvement opportunities
