Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ответы на вопросы клиентов по телефону, чату и/или электронной почте в дружелюбном и ориентированном на решение ключе.
• Улаживание проблем и формирование положительного опыта каждого клиента.
• Соблюдение бренд-руководств и стандартов качества во всех взаимодействиях.
• Внесение и обновление данных о взаимодействиях в соответствующие системы.
• Сотрудничество с командой для постоянного улучшения обслуживания.

• Salary: €1,687.27/month (gross)
• Payment Frequency: Monthly
• Performance Bonus: up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months, based on KPIs
