Atlean World is seeking a Dutch Back Office Agent in Greece to analyze BPO vendor performance and support high-quality customer experience across operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with frontline escalations.

Role Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing the performance of BPO vendors to ensure the highest quality of customer experience while supporting stable and efficient operations. You will also play a key role in cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving to support external teams and frontline escalations.

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• 2+ years of experience in online customer service or back-office roles
  
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and active listening skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite
  
• Advanced communication skills
  
• Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holiday),– with at least 1 weekend off per month)
