Qualifications

• Свободное владение чешским языком; хорошие знания английского

Responsibilities

• Ответы на вопросы клиентов по телефону, чатам и электронной почте в дружелюбном и ориентированном на решение тоне
• Решение проблем и формирование положительного опыта каждого взаимодействия
• Соблюдение бренд-руководств и стандартов качества
• Регистрация и обновление взаимодействий с клиентами в релевантных системах
• Тесное сотрудничество с командой для постоянного улучшения сервиса

• Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude
• Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with
• Following the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction
• Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems
• Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide

Требования

• Language Maestro: Fluent in Czech, good English
• Strong communication and active listening skills
