Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a POS Support Specialist to provide remote support for dealer and internal users in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities include troubleshooting printers, mobile devices, and network gear, plus assisting with software discrepancies and incident response.

The role requires basic networking knowledge, VoIP and browser/OS troubleshooting, and strong communication skills. The position offers Monday–Friday style shifts with a Sunday start in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Fundamental networking knowledge and experience preferred.
• Experience with Meraki device management preferred.
• Typing speed 45 wpm and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support via phone queues and live chat for rental transactions and daily functions.
• Troubleshoot peripherals (printers, cash drawers, mobile devices, workstations, payment terminals).
• Report software discrepancies to development teams and assist with incident response.
