Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, AZ. You will be the face of our service, helping customers, managing rentals via U-Scan, inspecting equipment, and assisting with setup, hitching, and wiring as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Demonstrated customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
