Job summary

Shift4 is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing merchant relationships through POS technology solutions. This remote role focuses on hunting new logos, building partnerships, and upselling add-on services across the territory.

You will set appointments, pros ect by phone and in person, and guide merchants through Shift4 product value while maintaining strong communication with your manager and team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to cold-call and set meetings with potential clients.
• Willingness to close deals in a fast-paced sales cycle.
• Background in door-to-door/outside sales is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments with merchants to present POS and Shift4 products.
• Prospect by phone, in-person networking, and referrals.
• Assist existing clients with add-on services (Hardware, Software, Professional Services).
• Build relationships by listening to needs and resolving issues.
• Explain the value of Shift4 products via laptop or POS device.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities for upsells.
• Develop new accounts and growth in assigned territory.
• Sign new logos in the territory; maintain product knowledge.
• Maintain regular communication with the direct manager.
• Attend weekly meetings to review pipeline and forecast opportunities.
