Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain an independent forward-looking view on creditworthiness and communicate it to partners.
• Monitor deals, conduct periodic reviews, and renew or modify loans.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk and Relationship Managers to manage exposure.
• Analyze historical financials and projections to support risk ratings and trends.
• Underwrite and document transactions including extensions, amendments, and treasury-related products.
• Review and recommend credit decisions and interpret lending policies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Mentor junior team members and provide performance feedback.
• Meet with prospects and clients as needed.
• Produce portfolio performance reports for senior management with strategic insights.
