Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance (required).
• Minimum 3 years of commercial banking credit experience (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional presence for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to partner with deal stakeholders including clients, relationship managers and credit teams.
• Expertise in financial and risk analysis, including financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an independent view on creditworthiness and communicate it to partners.
• Perform monitoring actions and deal reviews, renewals or modifications.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk and Relationship Managers to manage exposures.
• Analyze historical financials and projections to inform risk ratings and trends.
• Underwrite, approve and document transactions including new money and amendments.
• Review and recommend credit decisions and interpret lending policies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Train junior team members and maintain accurate system records.
