• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking portfolio management, ideally including equipment finance.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional client presence.
• Ability to partner with deal stakeholders including clients, relationship managers and credit teams.
• Expertise in financial and risk analysis, including financial modeling.
• Demonstrated expertise in using effective problem solving.
• Proficient in technology and the ability to learn new applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an independent forward‑looking view on each client's creditworthiness and communicate it to business and risk partners.
• Perform monitoring actions, conduct periodic deal reviews, and renew or modify deals as needed.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Senior Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers to manage exposure.
• Analyze historical financials and projections to ensure accurate risk ratings and identify industry trends.
• Oversee underwriting, approval and documentation for transactions including treasury management, FX, rates and commodities.
• Review and recommend credit decisions; provide policy interpretation to business partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Train junior team members and foster development.
• Maintain accurate system records and data governance standards.
