• Excellent analytical and communication skills; client-facing presence.

Responsabilités

• Maintain an independent forward-looking view on client creditworthiness and communicate to partners.
• Perform monitoring, deal reviews, and renewal/modification decisions.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk and Relationship Managers to manage bank exposure.
• Analyze historical financials and projections for risk ratings and industry trends.
• Manage underwriting, approval, and documentation for transactions including ancillary products.
• Review and recommend credit decisions and ensure policy interpretation compliance.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and mentoring of junior team members.
• Prepare portfolio performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
