Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of functional consulting or business analysis experience.
U.S. citizenship and ability to pass FBI background checks as required by customers.
Strong client-facing skills with ability to gather and document requirements.
Experience developing user stories and wireframes for portal projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing portal discovery sessions and gather portal-specific requirements.
Document portal requirements and develop wireframes based on customer needs.
Collaborate with CRM and technical teams to craft user stories and acceptance criteria.
Document CRM mapping for the portal and maintain portal documentation.
Review portal builds to ensure alignment with requirements and wireframes.
Support UAT and retest portal defects to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure the portal meets customer business requirements and supports data integrity.
