Job summary

Sylogist is seeking a seasoned Portal Functional Consultant to support portal implementations within the Victim Services Suite. You will lead discovery sessions, document requirements, develop wireframes, and define CRM mapping for the portal, ensuring alignment with customer needs and acceptance criteria for successful delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Portal Developers, CRM Functional Consultants, and Project Managers.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of functional consulting or business analysis experience.
Strong client-facing experience with requirements documentation.
Experience creating user stories and wireframes.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing portal discovery and gather portal requirements.
Document portal requirements and develop wireframes from client needs.
Collaborate on user stories and acceptance criteria, add wireframes to stories in Azure DevOps.
Document CRM mapping for the portal.
Work with Portal Developers, CRM Consultants, PMs and others throughout delivery.
Review portal builds to ensure alignment with requirements and wireframes.
Support portal UAT and retest portal defects as needed.
Ensure portal meets customer business requirements and maintain docs.
