Job summary

VG Systems, LLC is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management and Portal Integration Lead to architect and sustain enterprise portal, workflow automation, and knowledge management capabilities. You will translate operational requirements into portal workflows, dashboards, and release priorities, while contributing directly to solution design, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Fourteen+ years of relevant experience or higher degrees as listed in qualifications.
• Experience designing, implementing, or sustaining enterprise portals, knowledge management, or workflow systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into technical designs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to satisfy the contract’s clearance requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continuous improvement of knowledge management workflows and content governance.
• Translate government requirements into technical designs, user stories, and implementation plans.
• Configure enterprise portal capabilities including task management, routing, dashboards, and access controls.
• Support Microsoft 365 and SharePoint capabilities including forms, dashboards, and search.
• Coordinate portal integrations, data exchange, APIs, and government approval activities.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and release planning.
• Maintain technical documentation, training materials, and release notes.
• Mentor team members and provide backup as alternate technical lead.
