Qualifications

• Seven years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree plus three years of related experience.
• Broad knowledge of clinical applications systems including design, development, and testing.
• Strong problem-resolution and timely solution implementation capabilities.
• Excellent communication, training, and user support across clinical staff.
• Detail oriented with strong time management and project completion skills.
• Ability to convey technical information clearly to varied users.
• Experience with information systems implementation in large healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Use Epic Healthy Planet to build and maintain quality tools for monitoring state and federal programs.
• Design, test, and analyze system performance data and generate substantive reports.
• Provide expert consultative guidance on change initiatives affecting clinical processes.
