Responsibilities

Serve as the primary analyst for Epic Healthy Planet and related Population Health apps.
Configure, support, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet functionality.
Collaborate with care management, pharmacy, and IT to implement workflow improvements.
Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Assist in upgrades, testing, and performance optimization.
