Job summary

BlueLabs is seeking a Polling Manager to design and program surveys, pull samples, weight data, and QC results. The role focuses on delivering actionable insights to clients by developing robust polling methods and clear deliverables.

You will collaborate with data scientists and project teams to refine polling processes, stay ahead of industry innovations, and manage vendor relationships while supporting a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a few years of experience working with survey data.
• Experience in polling is a strong bonus.
• Ability to distill requests to essential points and identify relevant information.
• Detail-oriented and ensures every process step is completed correctly.
• Ability to perform data analysis under tight deadlines with unstructured problems.
• Experience with SQL, R, or Python.
• Able to manipulate data and work with spreadsheets.
• Passion for data-driven solutions to improve social outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with BlueLabs project teams to design polling solutions.
• Oversee the polling end-to-end: programming questionnaires, sampling, tracking surveys in the field, and weighting results.
• Help prepare and deliver client deliverables such as toplines and crosstabs.
• Coordinate with team members on experiments, modeling, and analytics surveys.
• Collaborate with Data Science on polling methodology and process improvements.
• Suggest and implement polling process improvements and stay current with industry innovations.
• Help oversee vendor relationships and evaluate vendors.
