Job summary

Meet Life Sciences Ltd. is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to manage Polarion ALM within our R&D environment. The role supports and optimizes our ALM tools to drive design, development, and testing documentation across the product portfolio.

The position is remote in the United States, with occasional domestic travel for in-person training or demonstrations. You will configure projects, manage permissions, and build reports to enhance ALM workflows and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.
• 2+ years of experience with R&D ALM systems and managing workflow designs.
• Experience working under a Quality Management System (QMS) with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in product development and design controls using an ALM/PLM tool.
• Experience coordinating inputs from multiple sources in a matrixed team.

Responsibilities

• Support data migration by generating reports and assisting migration tool development.
• Administer and maintain Polarion ALM with emphasis on performance, security, and governance.
• Configure projects, manage repositories, and customize workflows to meet team needs.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, licenses, and SSO setup; coordinate access reviews.
• Integrate Polarion with other tools, including REST API and MuleSoft.
