Advantage Technical is seeking a skilled Business Systems Administrator in Acton, MA (remote-friendly) to support Polarion ALM systems across product development. You will manage admin tasks, data migration, integrations, reporting, and ALM governance in a highly technical R&D environment.

The role requires a BA/BS in Engineering and 2+ years with ALM/PLM tools, experience with QMS and FDA/ISO standards, plus REST APIs, SQL, and dashboards.

• 2+ years of experience with R&D ALM systems and workflow design.
• Experience with ALM/PLM tools for product development.
• Strong knowledge of QMS and cross-functional product development.
• Experience with Polarion ALM strongly preferred.
• Medical device experience with FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, or ISO 14971 preferred.
• Experience with REST APIs, MuleSoft integrations, SQL, Velocity reporting, dashboards, or ALM integrations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Configure projects, repositories, workflows, and approved AI-enabled capabilities.
• Build SQL/Velocity reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

• Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance.
• Develop ALM documentation, workflows, user guides, and training materials.
• Maintain compliance with QMS, security, and governance requirements.

Now Hiring: Business Systems Administrator

Location: Acton, MA / Remote

Pay Rate: $81.00/hour

Take your ALM expertise to the next level in a highly technical R&D environment. We're seeking an experienced Business Systems Administrator to support the administration, configuration, data migration, and optimization of Polarion Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) systems supporting product development.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline

Experience Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with R&D ALM systems and workflow design
• Experience supporting product development and Design Controls using ALM or PLM tools
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and cross-functional product development
• Experience with Polarion ALM strongly preferred
• Medical device experience involving FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, or ISO 14971 preferred
• Experience with REST APIs, MuleSoft integrations, SQL, Velocity reporting, dashboards, or ALM integrations preferred
