Job summary

Vantage MedTech in Lyndhurst, NJ is seeking an ALM Systems Analyst to implement and configure ALM/PLM/QMS platforms for regulated product companies. You will lead workshops, design configurations, and bridge to developers.

The role is hybrid in Lyndhurst, NJ with no relocation assistance. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of enterprise application implementation and knowledge of Polarion or Jama. Competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical discipline.
1–3 years implementing, configuring, or administering an enterprise application for customers.
Experience in regulated product development: medical devices, pharma, aerospace, automotive, or defense.
Polarion or Jama administrator certification or project experience; prior work as systems, software, or quality engineer at a medical device company.

Responsibilities

Discover and define with customer teams; map design-control process to solution design and configuration requirements.
Configure the platform: build projects, workflows, fields, templates, dashboards, and reports in Polarion and Jama.
Bridge to developers: write specs, hand off, and test delivered work.
Validate: draft requirements and test cases, execute them, and complete validation reports.
Enable customers: train admins and end users, write guides, support go-live.
Own the relationship: be the day-to-day contact and manage scope and schedule.
