Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to support and coordinate data migration, configuration changes, and management of ALM tools within our R&D organization. The role emphasizes governance with QMS, security, and AI procedures, with a focus on reliable access, performance, and user satisfaction across Polarion ALM environments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ALM experience, data migration skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years working with R&D ALM systems and workflow design.
• Experience with QMS governance in cross-functional teams.
• Design controls using ALM/PLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Data migration: generate reports, aid tool development, test tasks.
• Administer Polarion ALM systems for performance and governance.
• Configure projects, manage repositories and workflows.
• Manage user access, roles, licenses, and SSO setup.
• Provide ALM training and user support.
• Develop and maintain ALM documentation.
• Integrate Polarion with other tools (REST API/Mulesoft).
• Monitor performance, generate SQL/Velocity reports, troubleshoot.
