Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a PMO Support Specialist to drive project setup, contract management, budgeting, invoicing, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with Project Managers, finance, revenue teams, and customers to ensure contractual and financial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes process improvement, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced PMO environment. Remote opportunity available within the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing customer contracts and budgeting principles.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems, Oracle preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to meet US citizenship requirements for this role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support project setup, maintenance, and administration activities per contract and standards.
• Review customer contracts, complete classifications, and maintain documentation.
• Document customer requirements related to PM, budgeting, invoicing, revenue, and system access.
• Partner with Project Managers to support changes, requirements, and efficiencies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the PMO.
