Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a PMO Support Specialist to drive project setup, contract management, budgeting, and invoicing within the PMO. You will collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Hybrid/remote in the United States, you will contribute to continuous improvement, document processes, and maintain accurate project records throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing customer contracts and budgeting principles.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems; Oracle preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain customer contacts, locations, and invoice requirements.
• Review contracts, classify and maintain documentation; support revenue and project controls.
• Assist with project setup, changes, and contract lifecycle activities.
• Support quoting, invoicing, and project financial alignment.
• Participate in PMO reviews, reporting, and compliance efforts.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the PMO.
