Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to join PMO and Portfolio Operations on a contract-to-hire basis. This role supports a large portfolio of projects, maintains records, dashboards, and reporting artifacts, and ensures PMO standards are applied across the program.

You will work with OnePlan and Microsoft 365 tools, coordinate governance reviews, generate portfolio insights, and help drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting PMO or portfolio management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary administrator and coordinator for the PMO project portfolio.
• Support portfolio tracking and governance processes across approximately 130 active projects.
• Maintain project records, documentation, schedules, dashboards, and reporting artifacts.
• Ensure project data is accurate, complete, and aligned with PMO standards.
• Assist with portfolio reviews, reporting cycles, and leadership updates.
• Support OnePlan, the organization's Enterprise Project Portfolio Management platform built on Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
• Assist project teams with project setup, data maintenance, status updates, and system administration activities.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and portfolio insights for PMO leadership.
