Eliassen Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support PMO and portfolio operations. The role is contract-to-hire with a remote/Anywhere location and $48.00 to $55.00 per hour W2.

The position involves administering the PMO project portfolio, tracking governance processes, maintaining schedules and dashboards, and generating portfolio insights for leadership. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in PMO or project coordination, strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft 365

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary administrator and coordinator for the PMO project portfolio.
• Support portfolio tracking and governance processes across approximately 130 active projects.
• Maintain project records, documentation, schedules, dashboards, and reporting artifacts.
• Ensure project data is accurate, complete, and aligned with PMO standards.
• Assist with portfolio reviews, reporting cycles, and leadership updates.
• Support OnePlan, Microsoft Power Platform, or Enterprise PPM systems.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and portfolio insights for PMO leadership.
• Schedule and coordinate project, portfolio, and PMO meetings.
• Attend meetings to capture notes, decisions, risks, and action items.
