Job summary
Eliassen Group is seeking a Project Coordinator for PMO and Portfolio Operations. This remote, contract-to-hire role supports governance across ~130 active projects, maintains schedules and dashboards, and generates portfolio insights for leadership.
Requirements include 2+ years in PMO or portfolio support, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft tools and OnePlan/Power Platform.
Qualifications
- 2+ years supporting PMO operations or portfolio administration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, OnePlan or similar.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Outlook).
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary administrator and coordinator for the PMO project portfolio.
- Support portfolio tracking and governance across ~130 active projects.
- Maintain project records, schedules, dashboards, and reporting artifacts.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and portfolio insights for PMO leadership.
- Assist with portfolio reviews, reporting cycles, and leadership updates.
- Support OnePlan and Microsoft Power Platform-based processes and tools.
- Schedule and coordinate PMO meetings and follow-up activities.
