Eliassen Group is seeking a Project Coordinator for PMO & Portfolio Operations. This remote, contract-to-hire role focuses on coordinating the PMO project portfolio, supporting governance, and maintaining dashboards and reports across about 130 active projects.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in PMO operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and portfolio management platforms; manufacturing/tech sectors preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting PMO operations, project coordination, or portfolio administration.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with PMO tools (OnePlan, Microsoft Power Platform, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary administrator and coordinator for the PMO project portfolio.
• Support portfolio tracking and governance processes across ~130 active projects.
• Maintain project records, schedules, dashboards, and reporting artifacts.
• Ensure project data is accurate and aligned with PMO standards.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and portfolio insights for PMO leadership.
• Coordinate project lifecycle surveys and feedback initiatives.
• Schedule and coordinate PMO meetings and follow-up actions.
