Eliassen Group is seeking a Project Coordinator for PMO & Portfolio Operations to support a large enterprise portfolio. This contract-to-hire role focuses on administering the PMO, tracking portfolio performance, and ensuring data integrity across ~130 active projects.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of PMO experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, OnePlan, and the Microsoft 365 suite. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting PMO operations, project coordination, or portfolio administration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, OnePlan, or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary administrator and coordinator for the PMO project portfolio.
• Maintain project records, documentation, schedules, dashboards, and reporting artifacts.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and portfolio insights for PMO leadership.
• Support governance reviews, portfolio health, and audits.
• Coordinate project lifecycle surveys and stakeholder feedback.
