Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the PMO and portfolio operations, coordinating schedules, dashboards, and governance across a broad project set. This role emphasizes data accuracy and active collaboration with project teams.

The position requires experience with PMO processes, Microsoft tools, and strong communication. It is a contract-to-hire opportunity with remote work options and a competitive W2 package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting PMO operations, project coordination, or portfolio administration.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learning of new systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, OnePlan, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary administrator and coordinator for the PMO project portfolio.
• Support portfolio tracking and governance processes across ~130 active projects.
• Maintain project records, schedules, dashboards, and reporting artifacts.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and aligned with PMO standards.
• Assist with portfolio reviews, reporting cycles, and leadership updates.
• Support OnePlan and Microsoft 365-based project management activities.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and portfolio insights for PMO leadership.
• Coordinate project lifecycle surveys and feedback initiatives.
• Consolidate survey results and provide recommendations to PMO leadership.
