Job summary

Momentec Brands Inc. seeks a PMO Manager to align projects with strategic objectives across technology, manufacturing, and business operations. You will establish governance, oversee a portfolio of IT and business initiatives, and drive delivery excellence through best-in-class project management practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, incl. 3+ years PMO leadership.
• PMP certification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, tools, templates, and reporting processes.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure across IT and manufacturing.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with business and manufacturing goals; collaborate with senior leaders.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and report to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with IT, product development, manufacturing, and supply chain for seamless integration.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues; ensure timely resolutions.
• Lead portfolio prioritization and resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and accountability.
• Ensure regulatory, quality, and internal audit compliance in apparel manufacturing.
