Momentec Brands is seeking a PMO Manager to align project execution with strategic objectives across technology, manufacturing, and business operations. You will establish governance frameworks, oversee a portfolio of IT and business initiatives, and ensure delivery excellence through best-in-class project management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering or related field; PMP or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in fast-paced settings.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, manufacturing workflows, and supply chains.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement standardized PM methodologies, tools, templates, and reporting processes.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with business and manufacturing goals.
• Monitor project performance with KPIs and report to senior leadership.
• Collaborate across IT, product development, manufacturing, supply chain.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues; ensure timely resolutions.
• Lead portfolio prioritization and resource allocation.
• Foster continuous improvement, agility, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and internal audit requirements.
