Job summary

NRS, Inc. in Lyndhurst, NJ seeks an IT PMO Manager to establish and mature the PMO, owning the IT project portfolio from intake to benefits realization.

You will ensure projects use fit-for-purpose methodologies and partner with Application, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and business leaders to deliver value. The role requires 7–10+ years in IT project management, 3+ years leading PMO teams, and strong PMO governance knowledge.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years IT project/program management experience.
• 3+ years leading a PMO or team of project managers.
• Hands-on with PMO standards and PM frameworks (PMBOK, Agile/Scrum, Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Own IT project portfolio: intake, prioritization, and delivery.
• Define PMO standards, governance, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Oversee delivery of multiple IT initiatives (ERP, WMS, TMS).
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes across programs.
• Partner with stakeholders and align roadmaps with business priorities.
